At Largo Medical Center, the Greenfield Group developed a medical office building to accommodate a large multi-specialty tenant, the Diagnostic Clinic, to handle Hospital expansion. After failed attempts by other developers, The Greenfield Group identified sufficient land on the Hospital’s campus and developed a new 150,000-square-foot medical office building and expanded parking structure. The Diagnostic Clinic occupies five of the six stories and contains two imaging centers, a physical rehabilitation suite, two labs and physician suites, family practice, cardiology, urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, surgery, OB-GYN, dermatology, pain medicine, gastroenterology, oncology and otolaryngology. A unique pod design was developed to establish a cohesive yet private environment for the Diagnostic Clinic. This also makes future conversion for a potential multi-tenant scenario simple, guaranteeing project flexibility and longevity.
